These are just some Loan Programs that we are relatively sure will get an approval for with no problem.  Loan guidelines are always changing, and different loan programs have different FICO requirements.  These programs are posted for FYI only.  Please fill out a loan application, even if you feel you may not fit this criteria, since each loan application is still treated on an individual basis.
