 
Cathy started into the real estate related Industries in 1979, acquiring over 16 years of experience in title searching, examining, policy write-ups, and recording at the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii. In 1997, she moved in a natural progression to another aspect in the real estate field,as a Loan Officer, at one of the State’s largest Mortgage Broker Firms. She later joined with 2 partners from Palm Springs, to form the original Palm Pacific Mortgage (a division of Palm Springs Real Estate Services) in 2000. In 2003, Palm Pacific Mortgage was reorganized and reopened it’s office on Kapiolani Boulevard. Cathy has been very active in the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers (HAMB), being a former Board of Director (2 years), and is currently the Administrator/Executive Director for HAMB.
Carleen assists Cathy with closings, and loan application appointments. She has over 10 years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry, having worked at a Top National Title Company as a Title Officer, and Searcher. She excels in customer service, and is very detailed oriented. She is also our Reverse Mortgage Loan Consultant.
The Palm Pacific team of Cathy (principal) and Carleen (assistant) has been together for over 17 years. Having met in the mid 1980's in the Title industry they have developed, through the years a sense of reading each other, to "get the job done."
